How to use norton ghost 10 backup a full image?

I have norton ghost 10 and I want to backup my whole OS, a Win XP Pro. How can I do it? Because I don't see any option when I open the GUI to allow me make a image. Also, I have been told that it can be used to backup the whole image to another computer and later can be restored from it. I'm new to Norton ghost so appreciate any tutorial on how to do this. Thanks.
