Y&R: Who will be Blame for Diane Jenkins Death?

I'm guessing that they may try to accuse Phyllis after the scene from today's episode, as well as Adam, and maybe Jack. As for Victor i don't know. There isn't much evidence against him besides those papers he signed about Kyle. But he's Victor, he'll get out of it like he always does haha.
