Anyone had immune related miscarriages?

I'm currently 13 weeks pregnant and was diagnosed with immune related miscarriages in the past. for this pregnancy I was treated with cortisone to suppress my Natural Killer (NK) cells and my Antinuclear antibodies (ANA). I was weaned off the drug at 12 weeks and none of my treating doctors recommended rechecking my immune system... they said the risk in the second trimester is low to none, but from searching the net, I've found the many docs recommend retesting through week 24. I'm confused and I don't want to go against my doctors suggestions... i'm treating with one of the heads of this department. Has anyone had a successful pregnancy after stopping treatment?
