Have you purchased a 5 watt e-autoworks LED bulb for tail light?

New on the market is a 5 watt red LED claiming to the brightest around. I have a taurus with a non chrome non reflective tail light embly. Regular LED 3157 bulbs do nothing. This e-autoworks bulb claims it will fill the lens cover and it has a 130 degree wide beam. I noticed once a tail light on a vehicle that had the park lights as bright as my stops, and the stops were MUCH brighter than any I've seen. Driver said DOT legal.
