How can I fix my gles?

My reading gles just broke. The wire frame on the top of the left lens snapped. I've tried taping it together and while that lasts an hour or so it always comes apart. If I got some superglue would that fix it? If I walked into a random optometrist would they be able to fix it on the spot? Whats my best option, because without these gles I'm damn near blind.
