He also hates the mayor, and one day, he is sent to prison, but escapes from the help of the secret bearer' note, then metts with the bearer, who tells him that he is going to die, but an unknown item in the city can save him. along the way to finding that, he discovers he has a slight psychic power. Later, the secret bearer reavels he was the mayor in disguise and was trying to kill him by lying, which would lead to his death. This secret lands the teen, whos name is bill in a war that pits him and his best friend Nathan against the Mayor, who has control of police, explosives, gards, everything. Then, Bill gets a package that only a psychic can open. Its a puzzle that if he can complt, it will show how to defeat the mayor. also, a real psyhcic says sometimes you have to think of others before yourself. Lots of twists
