If the entire bible is the Word of God, why do christians said that these verses'1cor.14:34-35' are obsolete?

If you read the whole thing and not just that verse, they were having a problem with the women coming to church and talking and visiting amongst themselves instead of listening to the sermon, because I believe (not 100% sure) that it was the Jewish custom for the women to sit in the back and they probably couldn't hear the sermon, so, they'd call out to their husbands to explain it to them. Those verses are pertaining to that specific problem they were having at that church at the time. I don't think they're obsolete, people shouldn't be talking during the sermon. Now, go ahead, rip me a new one! (lol)
