Is it tue that when u put mascarea on if u have it on 2 much it can give u wrinkles undernether ur eyes?

wrinckes that can only com eoffff with surguery? cuz if thats true dosent that means EVERY GIRL WOULD HAVE wrinckes and turn old? help!
