My son is 5 years old. He is allergic to milk (i.e. Doritos, Pizza Hut), but not little Caesars pizza. Why.?

His face swells up and his airway shuts down. He was originally diagnosed with asthma by a doctor before we found out that he was allergic to milk. He gets the reaction approximately 2 minutes after he takes milk.
