Why do I have to be so sensitive about black people at work?

Some people are overly sensitive. Its not all black people that feel that way. Most of them are probably just following the leader. Then again its probably just the one making a ruckus about everything and somehow you have developed a reputation. Just be careful about office relationships, choose carefully who your friends are supposed to be. But no, you shouldn't have to feel like you are walking on egg shells around the place you work. Your boss is very unfair.
