How many mitchelin restaurants in Cardiff?

I know we have a Jamie Olivers recently but looking inside from the out it is always crammed and looks messy. The meals are too exspensive for what it is and people line up all the way down the street to get in. You might think that this is because it is good but actually there are no decent restaurants in Cardiff of any high cl. Why doesnt anyone set up a mitchelin cl restaurant in this beautiful city?
