I want to study at Cambridge,Engliand. So how can I get visa and study there for free and receive money to use?

Besides, I like smoking and travel very much. Because, here in South korea, there is no English book(the others are all copied ones,fabricated falsely in many phrases) except English newspaper. I really want to study real English at England. My favorite subject is history.
